Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Most of our drops run from S–XL, but size availability depends on each collection. Check the size chart on every product page to find your best fit.

Q: Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If you need to make changes, email us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@svglyfestyle.com. After that, orders may begin processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes — digital gift cards are available in the Shop section. Perfect for when you want to let someone choose their own gear.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship across the U.S. and to select international locations. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders process in 2–3 business days. U.S. standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you didn’t get one, check your spam folder or email us.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: all sales are final

due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our apparel, all sales are final. we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

• Damaged upon delivery

• received in error

A: Yes. only if you received a damaged or incorrect item:

• email us at contact@svglyfestyle.com within 7 days of delivery.

• include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

A: Yes — all discounted or clearance items are final sale.

A: Machine wash cold inside out, hang dry or tumble low. Avoid bleach or ironing over prints.
