Processing Times

  • During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take longer.

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country.

lost or stolen packages

  • svg is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

  • please file a claim with the shipping carrier or email contact@svglyfestyle.com and we’ll assist where possible

Returns & Exchanges

all sales are final

due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our apparel, all sales are final. we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

  • Damaged upon delivery

  • received in error

damaged or defective items

if you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • email us at contact@svglyfestyle.com.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • if approved, we will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items

  • we do not reimburse shipping costs for any unauthorized returns
